The Freys in Guatemala!

Been there before

Elizabeth and Nick having been traveling to Guatemala for the past four years for short-term missions. Through Bethel Ministries International, we have helped Bethel distribute wheelchairs to the disabled, build homes for the abandoned, distribute food to the hungry, and help kickstart a steady source of income to the poor. And now, we are moving to Guatemala!

Couldn’t shake it

We fell in love with the people of Guatemala our first year and always looked forward to returning again. There is so much warmth and graciousness in the people there, and their appreciation is incredible.

Taking a step

So, we have sold our house and (most of) our belongings, and will be heading down in July. Nick, Elizabeth, and Jeremiah will all be going to Spanish language school for a few months. After that, we will help our friends at Bethel with their outreaches.

As hard as it is going to be, being far apart from our family and friends, we truly feel we are being called to Guatemala and can make a positive impact in the lives of many people.

You can help us

We are kicking off our fundraising with the proceeds from our house and belongings. While we are there, we will be volunteers. So this is where you come in. We are looking for either monthly supporters or one time donations to allow us to cover our daily expenses, food, rent, and Jeremiah’s schooling. We will need $2000 a month to cover these costs. We would be so grateful if you could support us in any way possible. This is something we can’t do alone, and we need your help. Can you help us take part in a cause that is bringing hope to thousands who are suffering?

Investing in people

By supporting us, you will be giving us a chance to help a child get a proper wheelchair, an abandoned mother a new home, a hungry family food and vitamins, and give people hope.

Tax deductible donations can be made out to Bethel Ministries International (designate Nick and Izzi Frey) at P.O. Box 573, Reserve, NM  87830 or online:

We appreciate you all and Dios te bendiga!
